A Note From Jason
We had a great start to our Wednesday men's bible study this week. Thanks to the great crowd of men that showed up at 6:00 in the morning to dig into the Word! We talked about leaving a legacy of faith and being men of high character. We're also committing to memorizing some Scripture together each week. If you missed, jump in with us next week. In the meantime, be working on learning Proverbs 13:22. I'm excited to keep going with this! Let's keep inviting other men to get involved.
Of course, there are several other exciting things happening in the life of our church this week. You can learn more about all of that below.
News & Announcements
If you're looking to take the next step in committing to the mission and vision of Shoreline, or just want to learn more about who we are, come join us for Launch Point on Sunday, April 17 and 24 in Room 200. This two-week class will introduce you to who we are and what we're about as a church. Register here.
Child & Family Dedication
We will be hosting a child and family dedication on Sunday morning, May 1, during our regular worship gatherings. If you are interested in participating, you can fill out the form here.
Shoreline Students Summer Camp
This July 5-9, we are headed to Generate Camp at Covenant College atop Lookout Mountain, Georgia and trust us, you will want to bring a friend or two with you! This is shaping up to be the best week of the summer. Space is limited for this camp, so claim your spot right now with a $50 deposit. This camp is for Middle and High School students (must have completed 6th grade by spring 2016). Contact Brandon Kennedy with questions or sign up here.
Men's Bible Study (Led By Jason Hayes)
It's not too late to jump in on our Men's Bible Study! Over the next 5 weeks, Jason is challenging the men of our church to gather on Wednesday mornings from 6:00-7:00 AM. This time together will provide men with an encouraging look at authentic manhood as modeled by Jesus Christ and directed by the Word of God. Bring your coffee, a Bible, and a friend. Ages 18 and above are welcome.
Internship & Residency Programs
Are you a college student looking to make a difference this summer? Shoreline provides opportunities for both summer internships and a year-long residency program. Find out more here, including important dates and how to apply.
