Between Sundays - April 14

News & Announcements

Easter Is This Sunday!
Easter is almost here, and we are excited to worship our risen Savior with you! We'll have worship gatherings at 8:30, 10:00, and 11:30 AM. As we get ready to worship together this weekend, there are a few things that you can do to help us prepare:

1) Invite someone. Put the Easter invite cards we handed out last week to good use and invite your neighbors, friends, and co-workers. You can also share our Facebook post, and use the graphics available at shorelineknox.com/easter to share on your own social media accounts.

2) Help us prepare for guests by taking an inconvenient step. It may sound small, but we can take extra steps to make sure our guests feel welcome. You can park at the far ends of the parking lots, and attend at 8:30 or 11:30 AM. We anticipate most guests will come to the 10:00 AM service, and we want them to have a great experience at Shoreline!

3) Pray. This is a big weekend in the life of our church, and we're asking God to do an incredible work in the hearts of everyone who attends. You can pray for our services to flow smoothly and to honor God. Pray that our guests will feel welcomed and many more would be added to our number. Most of all, pray that God’s Word would touch the hearts of those who join us, and that a number of lives would be changed for eternity.

Shoreline 101
At a Shoreline 101 class, you’ll learn all about our history, mission, vision, doctrine, and commitments. You'll learn if partnership is for you, you’ll meet a few new people, and briefly share your story. The next opportunity will be held on Sunday, April 23 and 30 during the 10:45 service in Room 201. Let us know you're coming here!

Child Dedication
We believe that what happens at home is more important than what happens at church. It is our hope that we can partner with you from the very beginning. We want to be your biggest fans, your strongest supporters, and your trusted guides as you raise your child to know what it means to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Child Dedication is more than an event. It is an opportunity for you to take the right first steps at the beginning of your journey as a parent to really think about what will matter the most in the life of your child.

To participate in Child Dedication, you'll need to attend “First Steps” on April 30 from 10:45-11:45 AM. Child Dedication will be the following Sunday, May 7. Please register online by April 23 so we can plan accordingly or sign up at Connection Point.
