Shoreline will be hosting Parents as Tender Healers (PATH) classes from August 5-Sept 23. PATH classes are for those preparing to become a foster parent.

Mission & Vision

With over 18 million children having lost both parents across the world, we believe we can step into our faith and end this crisis. The Open Hands ministry was established to reflect the congregations desire and call to serve adoptive and foster children and families within the church, locally and globally.

Open Hands Ministry Opportunities

Church Partners

Shoreline Church is dedicated to ensuring members of the congregation are supported when choosing Adoption or Foster Care for their family. We have established a matching grant for families interested in adoption, mentor families for those interested in adoption or foster care, as well as support services and community groups to get involved with.

Local Partnerships

The Open Hands ministry is focused on supporting adoption and foster care within our community through supporting The Compassion Closet and the Department of Children's Services Safe Room.
