Why shoreline?
Some of Jesus' most significant ministry took place on or near the shoreline. Our prayer is that Shoreline will be a church that experiences Jesus in a similar way.
We also know that historically, the shoreline has served as a hub of activity and refreshment for communities around the world. Our goal for Shoreline is to be a source of life, renewal, and intimate encounters with God.
Everyone is Welcome. Nobody is Perfect. Anything is Possible.

our Core Values
These values aren't an exhaustive list of everything we believe is important. Rather, they are the convictions God has consistently used to shape our church and the culture we want to cultivate as we follow Jesus together.
-
It defines what we believe, how we live personally, and how we function as a church.
-
Not people, preferences, programs, partnerships, or politics. He unites us.
-
It’s not a building or a brand. It’s a body called to serve, to love, and to carry the mission of Jesus together.
-
Each person has a story, a purpose, and is made for community. We invest in their growth and walk with them in their brokenness.
-
Authenticity, humility, and warmth are celebrated; and we create a culture of trust and safety where people can be real.
-
Each of us is called, gifted, and empowered to take part in the work of ministry. We reject passivity in our faith. Staff exists to equip the saints, not replace them.
-
It’s not hard to draw a crowd, but we long to see God’s power transform lives through intentional, biblical rhythms of faith.
-
We spread the Good News in word and deed, wherever God places us. We strive to be the kind of church that would be missed if we were gone.
-
Our time, talents, resources, and experiences all belong to God, so we offer them freely for His purposes and the good of others.
-
We seek to reflect the worth and wonder of the One we serve, so we pursue excellence in all we do.
